Natural light through the windows and flash at 1/32 power and bounced off the little thing that slides out of the top of the flash head (and the ceiling too I would imagine).

The background is a window so is a view of the sky, just thought I needed to make that clear :)

A little more light on the face would help this, but overall I like the setup and the result.

I like the strong pose but your background has slight blue hue to it, and your eyes could be a little lighter. (they were my initial thoughts, hope that helps)
