Pinhole lens shot. Lens made from a camera body cap, drilled, with a piece of silver duct tape in the middle. The pinhole was made with a bristle from a wire brush. A guess at the focal length would be around 30mm, the distance from the pinhole to the sensor.
Basic adjustments, and clean up a bunch of sensor garbage.
Here's another from the same spot using a similar pinhole on a bellows.
