 Taken looking through the rear of the of the vehicle, processed lightroom 4 old style preset,sharpened and reduced noise. Loaded to CS5 and masked out original background and replaced with a stock image,to the vehicle applied Filter texture craquelure.

The picture kind of lacks substance to me - it's the bed of a truck with a bit of an overlay, but if there's more to the story it doesn't quite make it through. I kind of see a misty ocean in the distance with perhaps a road? I suspect if this is the story you wanted to tell, that less of the truck bed and more of the ocean would have made it easier to see.
