Grallina cyanoleuca - or Magpie-lark, with several other common names, known as a mudlark in Victoria and Western Australia, a Murray Magpie in South Australia (strange because S.A. is between Vic. and W.A.) and peewee in N.S.W. and Queensland.
This is not really a serious bird study - mucked around with Topaz clean.

Lovely markings on this bird - another one I've never seen before.

Very eye-pleasing effect. Nice reflection! Love your exotic (to me) birds.
