It's nice photo, great work on the glass, but I think the flowers should be a little more in focus.

Great composition, lvely lighting, I like the way the bottle is "tehre",but teh main focus is still on the fl;owers. the leaves just balance everything out. I would have just prefered the flowers in focus.

I like the back lighting (I think that's what you did...to make the petals glow and the bottle)
