If you had cropped tighter, put her eyes closer to the top right, and had her hand with that big ring in the lower left (and widened up the DOF to get the ring in better focus), you would have lost all that lovely bar bokeh, but you would have lost most of those 3 and under scores. Prolly.

I gave this a 7. However, I tend to be pretty lenient with "meet the challenge." In truth, this doesn't. Some people can shoehorn at will and do very well. I'm not sure why.

For the sake of trying to find something wrong with this for critique purposes... I just don't think that it is quite sharp enough on the eyes. For portraits, it's all about how sharp you can get the eyes without overdoing in post process. The background is blown out nicely but I just don't think that the viewers eyes went to anything in specific. That specific needed to be the eyes and it's just not there for me.

The subject isn't so much cornered as just off to one side but it's a lovely shot regardless, very nice model, I like the setting and styling.
