 White island counter in my kitchen. Halogen light. If it looks over processed, it definitely is. I was playing around with tonal adjustments using PS USM, 40%, pixel radius 80, threshold 3. Great for tones, lousy for textures, at least in this case.

I love this even more on a good monitor! For me, the "over processing" works here and I like the depth of color and shadow.

I think this is an excellent presentation and post-processing, but I admit I am on my poor monitor at work where I am unable to get a true, clear image. A very average subject has been turned into a very appealing and engaging photo. The tones are very rich.

Love the shadow, but you are correct, it looks slightly over processed.
