What are those things in the background? Completely black spots... I can't help but undernt.
On to the focal point of this... I think the focus isn't completely there... the lighting isn't doing the shot justice either, IMO.
Also, with the title, I would expect this to have a "dreamy" feel... so perhaps a soft focus filter would have improved the effect.
Just some suggestions to take into consideration. |

| The burned spots are a bit too visible... sadly. Otherwise not too bad. More contrast could help a good bit though. |

| Avoid obvious black blotches in the background when you're post processing the photos. Use the eyedropper tool to sample the background rather than just assuming it's truly black. |
