 My youngest son [Nickolas] is addicted to airshows and planes. After taking him to so many airshows, I have become addicted to taking pictures at the airshows.

I usually don't hover around the update button, however, I have found myself check the score often. Currently at 6.8261 with 23 votes. I know it's early in the challenge but I hope it stays above my personal best. Hope it goes back to a 7+. Hope!

It's now gone below my all-time score. Well the first 20 votes average above 7.000, I should have known it would drop. I still hope it goes back up again.

I don't know why so many people pick 6 when the image clearly deserves more than a 6. What would the average score be if the 6 was removed at the final score calculation? Would the scoring be more fair if it went from 1-5?

Either way, the majority of the scoring of this image is clearly in the higher range which I agree. I love how the smoke trail seems to wind out of the sun. Great job on not letting the sun completely blow out the details.
