 Had a lot of trouble getting a look I liked to this one, but the same desaturated partial sepia that I used in the Cityscape challenge seems to have done the trick on this one as well.

I always feel a highly stylized entry is going to bomb, but I really like the idea this conveys. We'll see what happens.
