The lighting and texture are excellent.

Clearly the nose of an animal, dog I would presume. I think it's nice detail on the nose itself, but I'm not too fond of the noise/grain throughout the rest of the photo, then again, that's just my opinion.

It is a nice macro, nonetheless.
