Serenity in destruction. A canoe dropping in on a waterfall.

A blurry mess found on the floor of NCIS :)
Is that a femur? And a meat hook? Thoughtful gathering of elements and time, or just a lucky snap. You decide :)

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Difficult to get your head around - of course, this is a good thing! Suggestions of sand, sea, foam, frame, face and the squiggle of your title. Some of the more abstract images feel a little flat - this maintains its depth.

Critical stuff: I'm not sure about the tonality - I think I'd like a little more contrast.

Overall: Interesting and bold for a Free Study

Strange. Different. Odd. Wonderful.

I find myself more and more drawn to these types of images...

And the title was perfect. The backwards S is right there, hiding in plain sight. 8

I'm agitated and thrown off balance by the 2_, so I tip my hat to your title, which has educated this dolt. I would have cropped that off, and what's left is an extremely smooth and pleasing photo, but obviously that would have missed the point of this image. Very nice.
