Aww - it's like the little bush was denied entry to the playground to have some fun. Looks lonely out there.

I'm expecting the cows to wander through any moment now...I can't decide if this image is the prologue or the epilogue? My mind is wandering and wondering about the rest of the story...;-)

knowing this is you, I'm very very impressed by the restraint you showed in creating this anti-photograph

I like a man who knows how to handle a shrub. Almost a text book lesson in itself apart from its' (dare I say) wonderful aesthetic.

I was curious to see who's photo this was. Seeing that it was yours makes a bit more sense, I suppose.

Much appreciated entry, reminds me of one of my favorite photographers, Robert Adams.

I was one of the idiots who skipped the title during voting and missed the art,
probably the purest example of conceptual art on this site.

Ubique (below) has already said what I cannot say better.

A very modern photograph. It turns the photograph on itself. Not exactly a self-parody though; more of a circular argument about meaning and perception. Is the photograph merely a picture of a thing, or is it itself a thing? You lean towards the latter. Me too. Thank you. 10.

This seemingly barren landscape speaks volumes. A nine for you.

Quite a statement. The composition is simple yet effective. The title perfectly matches the message being directly delivered by the image. Maybe i am seeing a totally different image than you have imagined, but i like what i am seeing. 7 from me.

Reminds me of Ft. Sill, in the back areas where they were fenced off. You would see a lonely tree, or bush, or something and it made you wonder what they were planning on doing, that something ended it...
It's an intriguing title for a shot. Really makes the viewer wonder.
I think that without the title, the shot wouldn't do as well.

This is a photo where I am just somewhat uninspired by what I am looking at. For a free study where all the topics in the world are available to you, I honestly find this picture to be somewhat lacking in creativity. It is well exposed, in focus, but doesn't grab me in any way.

broken hearts... this makes one think. I like that.
