 Genuinely my favourite film.

Not quite as I would like, but it mimics the movie poster, echoes the blurry headed demons and has a ladder thrown in for good measure (given the challenge asks you to relate to the title (rather than depict the movie?))

One of my favorite movies of all time. Creepy subway scene, and the doctors at the "hospital" - he died right on the table in Vietnam though, didn't he?
