Went to my sister in law's near Houston for Thanksgiving. The day afterwards, I went down to Galveston and spent the day exploring the way I like best, with my bike and my camera.
I rode up the seawall to the ferry, which I took across the bay to Port Bolivar, which is where this was taken. Port Bolivar is kind of off the beaten path, except for the drivers passing through to the ferry. It is pretty quiet with lots of fishermen, old boats and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. I had a great day!
