I would have given this a 3. Below average.

Had to choose a challenge at some point, and to be honest, I was going to wait around until a sports challenge rolled around, but figured I could be waiting a long time. So I entered this crappy photo instead.

The contrast in the sole of the shoe, specifically the black portion where the only interesting elements in the photo are, is completely flat. It just looks like one mess of blackness where there should be definition. I probably should have cleaned the soles also rather than have random debris hanging around. The main thing lacking, is there is no story. It's simply a pair of shoes with some really cool text on the bottom.

Based on your posted voting scale, I voted way too high. This should have been a "3" or a "2". Again, this would be IF I used your voting scale.
