Image shot with a 500mm Vivitar Series 1 Mirror Reflex Lens. Manual Focus, manual exposure, fixed aperture. Uncropped, unsharpened, 5% extra colour saturation, EV -0.3, no other PP and best of all no CA :)
Bah humbug! to all the nay-sayers of mirror lenses.

The "lens" is a fully manual focus, multicoated, catadioptric (reflex), fixed aperture “Super” Telephoto Mirror. Read my Mirror article here.

This also shows that no matter what lens you have with you, you can generally get the shot :) Call it a 500mm MF macro :)
