well after searching for over a year for a dslr i came home from work today and my Girlfriend had me an early wedding present
she bought me a new Sony a200 now i need to get another job to pay for all the lenses on my list :) :) :) |

Congrats! :-)
That 18-70 kit lens will produce a decent image for starters. Then for fun, go pick-up a Minolta 50/1.7 on eBay.
Should cover you for a little while while you get a handle on your new gear. :-D

Just cancel the wedding, then you'll have plenty of money for lenses.
