| Hi everyone. I have my first real model shoot this weekend. It's with a friend, but he wants to get into modeling so I am getting some photos together for him. I asked that he sign a release so I can use the photos and he agreed, except.. he wants to do some nude shots as well, but does not want me to be able to publish those photos. I understand this request and want to honor his request. I have a general model release form already together, my question is, How would I word his request in his form? I still plan on keeping all the photos as he has agreed to that, he just doesn't want the nude ones leaking on the internet or getting out for everyone to see. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!! |

| Two different releases. Just consider it two different sessions. |

| So, I think I have my model release where I want it, but now my friend is telling me that he thinks that I should put in the release what the model is being compensated with. Does this need to be in the model release or not? |

| I believe the legal term for generic compensation is "for valuable consideration" ... or you can leave a blank space and fill it in when signing/dating ... |

| Ok.. because I bought that Release Me app by JoeyL and it has "for valuable consideration", my friend was telling me that I needed to put in the release the amount paid or if was a trade. I told him as long as it said "for valuable consideration" it was fine and nothing further needed to be added. Thanks for the help. |
