Week 23: First Year with DSLR
Falling behind again. June has been some month. Lost Daisy the Dog on June 1 (Week 22 posting). Since then, I have lost an aunt, and most recently, my father. Think I can get caught up on photo posting fairly quickly now but am hopelessly behind on commenting. I'm just going to pick a date and restart from there and, if time allows, go back later and get those I have missed.

So sorry about your losses, Dan. It seems like things just got worse and worse for you. My sympathies and best wishes to you and yours.
eta: I like your photo. I like the diagonal of the kayak, and the bright colour against the water. He must be fairly confident of not bashing his head on the rocks.

We went on a trip from 5/26 through 6/11 so I'll have a few shots that weren't taken in Minnesota... |

Clearly, another shot taken outside of Minnesota :)
We visited Page, Arizona, to do some hiking in the slot canyons in the area. We stopped at the Horseshoe Bend overlook over the Colorado River -- very impressive. |

Have been trying to get some comments spread around, cause the last few months have been hectic for me.
Now just need to find time to process the images I have to get them up here. hope to start working through them this week and slowly catch up to this week (shocks me that we are at 26 already.....think my last one was week 9).........bugger. lots of work to do
