Is this the right thread to mention that we're leaving for a Caribbean cruise next week? So long, suckers! :)

Or, I suppose, to mention that we're going skiing in Crested Butte, Colorado for a week. 46" in the past 7 days!

I'd take the Caribbean, thanks. It started snowing about 4 hours ago, has averaged an inch an hour, and is coming down harder than ever.
City of Gardens, BAH!!

Nooo....it's BWWWWAHHAAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!

*singing* YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE?! YOU'RE IN THE JUNGLE BABY!! YOU'RE GONNA DIIIIIIIEEEEEE!!!!!!!

Our weather's pretty funny -- at least to the rest of Canada

Merry Xmas everyone...here it's mild, lots of snow has melted, a few delicate flakes are gently wafting down from the sunny sky overhead...

And how's the weather in BC, BeeCee? :-)
12/25/2008 09:59:19 AM · #57
HEYHEYHEY, we have a winter severe weather warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are expecting about 10 inches of snow above 7500 feet on the mountain, !!!!

The whole of Tucson is going to grind to a halt even though the snow wont touch the town, the last time we had a Frost, they closed all the bridges in Tucson and everyone was crashing their cars.

You should see everyone when it rains, it is so sad it is hysterical!

OMFG Juliet that is so funny, Tucson drivers must be even worse than every driver in the Lower Mainland area of BC...not to mention Vancouver Island, lol! :-)

But you be careful driving in that nasty ol' snow now!

Let's just say that when there is weather in Tucson or Phoenix, all those from northern Out of Town vacate the freeways! (me)

Oh Sheila! Where are you, woman? It's sooo nice and balmy over here, all the snow's almost gone, soon I'll be dragging out the lawnmower...

Were you able to find a snowblower, dearie? And no they don't run on pot fumes, no matter what you've heard about the Quebeckers doing it that way...:-)

*runs off snickering*

Oops, I forgot to check this thread. I guess I was trying to put all this mess out of my mind and pretend it didn't happen? lol

We're melting... and so's the snow :D

Melting even faster over here, Sheila! I saw horses grazing today on last year's grass! I was even using the garden rake today (OK to rake up loose bits of wood and bark but so what) Roads are bare and dry, hardly any snow left, tiny smattering of ice here and there...ahhh we're in heaven....:-)
