So this is incridably dry and complex, but I think it has some value. If there's any confusion or anything please feel free to contact me. Hope this helps guys.

Very interesting. Thanks Chris.

One question though... the $45 fee for registration, is that per photograph or can one register their entire years portfolio as a single product (thereby any individual photo is copyrighted by inclusion).

how about you call it "Copyright in the USA" - I realise you mention it at point 2 but it should be in the title. Most of the rest of the world have much more photographer friendly laws and a quick read of your tutorial could be misleading to some.

Within some restrictions you can register multiple images. I recommend reading this thread as a useful addition.

I found several small spelling and grammatical errors, but I don't have time to list them now ... maybe tomorrow.

yeah i saw a few typos to, but they arent in the orginal document (like that random 1 in there and the random section symbol)
