But I'm having the best fun looking and commenting! I do believe that this will be one the the last challenges I submit to for a long while (life has taken a turn and I'll be otherwise occupied from now on).
I would love to piece together a series of my favourites from this challenge and make a Dream sequence in all its abstract surreal glory! |

Thanks Irene. Have taken on an HOD post - returning to teaching. Going from stay-at-home, home school mom back to the big world and lots of exciting responsibilities. Until things settle into a good routine, my mind will be on adjusting to the new life and making sure my wee ones are settling down as well.
Back to scores - well hoping that angry voting is over because with every update I drop significantly...never dropped so much in so few votes before... now at 29 votes I am 5.1!!

As for scores. I'm in the Nightmare challenge and my score has plummeted severely this past couple of hours - so the angry voters seem to be everywhere.... |

Flirted briefly with a 4.9 there, but suddenly there's been a stampede on the voting department and I've dropped again. Also got an entirely (suitably) surreal and unhelpful comment indicating some anger issues and harboring of resentment...
Anger-management therapy sessions after this challenge hey? Seems the subconscious and conscious don't mix:
beginning to understand something here though:
some people - the (a) group - submitted images that reflect dreams/hopes/desires while others - the(b)group - went for the dream state idea/of sleep dreams... The two groups are at odds I fear: the (a) group find the (b) group not meeting the challenge because their images seem unrelated, odd, lacking a point...and the (b) group are finding the (a) group cheesy, obvious and banal...?

| well i am not sure which group my pic belongs too, but uptil vote 40 , my group was voting, and since then the second group seems to be voting. |

2 comments only so far, first saying they thought the use of the frame really enhanced and brought out the picture, second asked "why the hell the frame, totally distracting!"

I really do not understand voting here at all. I was thinking of pulling this entry out, just because I felt it is so bad that it deserves around 3.x.
Or may be other entries in this challenge are almost as bad as this one. |

You know what is most painful, when you think that you have put something meaningful it just bombs, but if you put something which is just good at look but as subject matter bullshit it does well.
For this reason I am going to submit something absolutely meaningless but with lot of wow, in free study and I am pretty sure that would do very well. |
