Al Jolsen? (I'd walk a million miles, for one of your smiles)

I'm going to copy Riponlady (she's smarter than the average bear) and say Air stewardess/steward;)

Thanks Amber - or should I say Booboo? I bow to the greatest mind on DPC of Bear Music!

:))

BTW are the soaps only those shown on US tv? We have much fewer murders etc ( plenty of affairs, fights, not too many comas,certainly quite a few gay kisses!) in the UK soaps.

First thought was mail carrier, but I suspect they walk even more than that. So my guess is;
TV reporter

Going into a coma is the obvious for the soaps. That's their old standby, along with amnesia!

yea, google does make this a lot easier.

Let's have some real trivia questions like "What color underwear am I wearing right now?"

I was going to say this earlier, but decided everyone knew who was googling and who wasn't. I think the ungoogled answers were far more interesting than the correct ones.

A television reporter

I think this answer is rubbish..no offence..how can a TV reporter walk further than any other trade? They get driven to the scene, they make a report to camera, then get driven back to the studio...a salesperson is on their feet all day, as is a mother..of one, two and three (no. of kids, not age)..etc. Who measured this? A TV reporter looking for a shoes allowance?
