Some of us do not live anywhere close to children. It's not that I don't like children. They are just not in my neighborhood. Some people report strangers lurking around their children with cameras. I do wish the best of luck to all those lucky enough to have children in their lives. My grandchild is currently 1000 miles away.

I was right - I knew my good start wouldn't last. At about 30 votes I was up close to 6.4. Now:

i didn't realize until after that mine would have fared far better with a better crop. i'm usually petty mindful of it too. my lone comment cued me in, thanks, whoever you are.

At 50 votes I'm at 5.1000 which is sighitly lower than I'd hoped but probably what it deserves.
