I would get rid of the reflection. I doesn't add anything and just takes up space. Not trying to be rude, your banner is not too bad, still just a little large. You would get the same message across if you cut it in half IMO. Also you may have a space in your code as you have the some excess space below your banner. Checked my signature and I have the same space. It must be if you add anything there is a minimum set space used.
