I usually just yell at whichever kid it was who sneezed all over me and sometimes the other one just for good measure.

"Bless you"? Actually I think they mean it more like "For good health" - literally - when someone sneezes. That's what we have in Polish as well (a different word of course).

gesundheit = german
gezondheid = dutch

meaning= good health, indeed said after sneezing, wishing someone good health
