This looked intriguing if anyone here is interested. It is posted in the Seattle craigslist, but I don't think you need to be local...

Aerial Photographer (Travel)

This assignment requires you to be out of state from April 15 to July 15. You will be flying in a helicopter for 6 to 7 hours per day taking aerial photos of homes and farms in several different midwest states. This is a salary position that pays weekly and your hotel, car and meals are covered by the company.
No aerial photography experience needed

Before applying please make sure that you meet the following criteria...

Experience with medium & large format DSLR and natural landscape photography
Weight is under 185lbs - this is because of fuel consumption
Comfortable with flying in a helicopter for 6 to 7 hours per day
Must have a good driving record
Must be alcohol & drug free

Well, I know what large format film photography is. And I know what a medium format dslr is, and now I know what a large format digital scanning back is... but I still can't figure out what or if a large format dslr is.

Hope they have a gyroscope for the camera to keep it steady. Anyone ever try taking pictures in a helicopter? A helicopter shakes, in a big way. 6 or 7 hours a day would drive me nuts. I would do this for 3K per week, nothing less.

That was my thought exactly.
My brother is both a pilot (hobby) and aerial photographer (profession). Not at the same time, of course. He gets to travel a lot but doesn't often sightsee, is away from home a lot, and works very long hours when the weather is good. (EDIT: Not my photos).
