I am happy to share with you all that at last my new monitor Dell 2209WA has arrived today. Many may not understand why I am so much happy? The reason is that I was willing to purchase it from many days. Before 2 months I have also placed the order but supplier after 2 weeks denied to deliver, due to shortage & refunded the amount. I ordered it again on 1oth of this month to another supplier but due to some technical reasons it took quite long testing my patience at best!!

It's really wide view for me since I am switching right from my old 15" Philips monitor to this 22".It's an refreshing experience to see my regular websites on this wide screen.I am feeling like that the sites are having more breathing space.Though I have not yet done any calibration I am seeing the difference & I hope DPC voters may like colors in the my images in future :)

Cool, they're great monitors. Colour is fantastic. I have two. :) You should borrow or buy a calibrator to get the colours just right although mine were very good out of the box. Have fun.

Any recommendation for calibrator especially in reasonable price?

I paid 200CDN or 8800 Rupees for this Spyder3 model. I'm pretty sure there are less expensive ones too but I don't know of any off hand.

One should be showing up at my house next Tuesday. Can't wait as my current display is only about 60% functional. It had good reviews and I'll be interested to hear what you think of it.

Well like to use it but I don't think I can afford that right now & it's not available for borrowing nearby :(
