So how many times have you not had a single idea for a challenge and then after an event you look through your pictures and go "DOH!"?????

Case in point: March 21 was the Pirate Festival where the H.M.S Bounty and the Lynx are docked. I could have had a great Product Shot II if my creative muse gave me the ideas 4 hours earlier.

A close up portrait shot of Jack Sparrow
+ Standing posed here in front of the Bounty this pirate Gent
+ holding a box of Lipton Black Pearl Tea

= A Missed Opportunity!!!!

or

A shot of the H.M.S. Bounty's cannons

+ A picture of my Camera - a Canon seated next too it

= Another Missed Opportunity! (byline: This Canon has real firepower...)

Yes and no. It is a replica they built of the H.M.S. Bounty for use in the Mutiny on the Bounty films (Brando I think) and most recently the Pirates of the Carribean II (tis the ship swallowed up by the Kraken)

It was way cool to walk on the the deck and below decks. BTW if one is enterprising enough they do take paying passengers when they set sail.

Just realized that if I had a bottle of Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum with me I could have asked this Gent to pose for me

A Good Morning bump. Anyone else have a 'missed opportunity story'?
