I just got done looking through the Office Max ad for this week and saw:
512 CF for $59.99 after rebates
1GB CF for $119.99 after rebates
I'm going out to get one of the 1GB cards today. Seems like an awesome deal considering the cheapest 1GB card that B&H has is $179.95. I'll post later aand let you all know what brands of CF are included in the sell.

256 MB CF 19.95 AR at ecost.com (//www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/countdown/default.asp)
128 MB CF 8.00 AR at ecost.com (same as above)
ecost also has the 2 GB SanDisk Ultra II CF IN STOCK (one of the few that has it in)--it is much pricier, though, weighing in at just under $400.00
ecost has some other good deals on other memory formats as well. Shipping is usually free, but they usually do apply a nominal handling fee (whatever--it's all the same to me).

Well, the cards on sell are Kingston (even though the photo shown in the ad was a lexar).
I held off on buying until further research. I've been shooting with Sandisk and Viking cards for the past 2 years and have never had any problens or failures.
Has anyone here used Kingston CF memory? And does it compare with the big name producers (Sandisk and Lexar)? |

I have a Kingston Compact Flash and have never had issues with it either. I have had it over a year and a half. I wont tell you it is the fastest thing in the world but it's actually pretty good.
