| Anyone else think we should move to a new location for the New Year? It seems, just like the Eagles song, no-one is leaving, but the message is out and fewer people venture in. Also, not everyone likes chilli peppers, especially red hot ones! |

| Hey sorry I haven't stopped in much life has a way of getting in the way of what you really want to do. I'm looking to upgrade my canon 30d to a 60d really good rebates going on at the camera shop. So what do you guys think?? It's more in my budget then the 7d which I would like also. I really do like my 30d but the camera guy said that I should think about upgrading soon so that I can get a little money out of my 30d. So weigh in with your thoughts. |

I did the extra space awhile ago, as well. I was tired of continuously having to delete things to add new things in. The extra space is so freeing!!
(I still owe you bookmarks! Sorry, I've been in Minnesota and England, so I'm quite behind on things. I'll get there soon!)

Hello everyone. I feel so bad because I don't even pop in here much anymore. Actually, I don't chime in to the site that much either. I'm a dpc slacker!
I was cleaning up my profile today and stumbled upon this: 
I'm thinking it might be fun to revive this again and I'd like to do it, if you wouldn't mind.
Actually, I was thinking of posting here and seeing who wanted to join me in this. The idea I had in mind is that I'll work with a small group of volunteers, and we'll be the ones deciding who gets the OOB. And I definitely need help from others, because my idea of OOB doesn't always make sense to a lot of people :)
So 1) Is this ok with Team Suck? and 2) anyone want to join me? :) |

I'm searching now for the history... I think my interpretation might vary slightly from the original intent. We'll see as I read...
Here's a starter:
oOBie
"First, the Oobie Sucker. Standing for "Out Of the Box," this award is granted to the most creative entry in a challenge. Remember, this is not for the technically best photo, which is what the normal voting seems to cover. This is for artistic inspiration and/or creative interpretation of the challenge. But please, nominate an entry that inspires you, NOT the entry you least understand. "
