Imagine trying to hit that bowl in the dark. At least my wife wouldn't be able to complain about me leaving the seat up. lol

Crap. I'm going to get creamed. I'm going to get creamed. Why am I doing this?

Love of photography > fear of getting a bad score

I had hoped to go out to the Moka Railway station - shaped like a steam locomotive - but it's a bit inconvenient as I don't go in that direction these days.

Me too, I fear......I've entered but I don't think it's bizarre enough for this challenge.

For you, creamed is a high 5. I aspire to be that bad someday.

I just remembered this afternoon that there was weird office building not too far from work. It has a strange gantry assembly surrounding the building, and it is used for testing aircraft engines. It's not anywhere near an airport. But I had other places to be, didn't have my SLR with me anyway, and already have some thing for night shot. Some other time.

I'm going to be fairly easy going on my own voting. Unusual looking works too.

I appreciate the sentiment, and I hope to finish high five, but I have a feeling I have a shot at a personal bottom 5. It's a risky shot.

Risky shots sometimes have the most reward. I "knew" my gag shot of a shoerhorn fly would get killed in voting and instead it nailed several personal records for me.

I'm in, and taken a risk too Doc.

Really probably should have entered the safe-ish shot, but I think I've entered the better one.

I'm in - hope it's bizarre enough :op

Mine's in now. I have to say it can only be considered bizarre architecture in a rather odd, or should I say bizarre, way!

I found a bizarre building in my town after some searching.
However, when I came home, the more bizarre pictures were kind of boring shots, so after much deliberation, I opted for a less bizarre one (of the same building) that was at least visually pleasing.
I am getting ready to be slaughtered for my choice :-P

I submitted an entry with 3 minutes to go, and yanked it with 2 minutes to go. :-)

Had to resurrect this thread to point people towards this week's "The Big Picture."
Check out the construction for the Shanghai Expo 2010.

I was in Shanghai about 8 weeks ago. Awesome architecture all over the city. The Expo stuff is particularly interesting, but downtown was also remarkable. Didn't have too much time to take snaps, but hope I get chance on my next trip (work, not pleasure).
