...heartbroken........... Every time I use a flash outdoors (or with someone else who does) - I get a migraine...I can now no longer take the 4 days in bed with medication after a session
In the studio this is fine - as I am behind the camera and dont see much flash when the shutter goes down.
This happen to anyone else? |

That's terrible. I've never heard of this, but it makes sense. I'll bet other migraine sufferers know just what you are talking about. I guess it would really suck if you are a member of the papparazi.
Hopefully this only happens after a long session with multiple flashes, and not just after one or two! |

An odd thought, but it might work - have you tried wearing polarized sunglasses while shooting outdoors? It might help. |

I did wonder about sunglasses so will try them.....
