from our trip to Europe last summer ... took me months to get it done, with over 250 pages and 1000 photos to edit (and cull from the 5000+ I shot there!). But well worth it as a family keepsake of our trip.

Take a look if you're interested!

Wow, what a beautiful book you did. Your trip looks amazing. These books are nice to have & look back at later in life. I did one for my husband & It was the building of our cottage right from the start. They are a lot of work, but nice to look back at.

Just flipped through it. Nice result for a memorable trip. Much easier than compiling and glueing all those 4x6s into an album...

not trying to sell it, just posting it for anyone to look. btw, that's the price I paid ... blurb ain't cheap when the books get large ... but the quality is worth it. This is my third book, and I've never been displeased with the quality. Minor imperfections on my first book (a few water marks on one page out of 150), and they immediately replaced it when I inquired about it, without me even having to ask them to do so.

Oh, I know. I've used Blurb before. For my personal use though I'd hesitate to make a book costing that though. lol

...and compared to the cost of developing film in the "old days", it's a HELL of a bargain. Plus, you get a book. Blurb is relatively expensive, but worth it.

Awesome and then some, Dennis! Love it! You did great work with the photography and telling the story. I'm very envious of your Paris shots - lovely weather you had! Really enjoyed looking through it and I'm sure it will be treasured in your family for a long time. What a great way to savor what looks to have been a perfectly delightful vacation (and birthdays, too!).

I think you are to be congratulated on producing such a fascinating record of your trip. (You must have been exhilarated, exhausted and most likely broke by the end of it!) The layout and presentation are great and the photography inspiring (love some of the night shots).
Thanks for posting this - it was most enjoyable to view.
