I clicked on the link in the OP and got a nice virus on my computer at work from the site it sent me to. It was an anti-virus software that took over my whole computer, disabled every program and wouldn't let me do anything unless I bought the software to kill the virus. Anyway, I ended up disabling it but now I have to deal with IT tomorrow. Wonderful!
Not blaming anyone about this here, because I don't know for sure if that is what actually caused the virus... but it happened when I checked out the site on this link. Just wanted to give a warning. |

Sorry, the site was Make Magazine, which is a well known site associated with a magazine. Nothing happened to me, but I am also using Firefox with a script blocker in place. Thanks for the warning.
Did the link I posted to make magazine seem to be what did it? It'a also possible that your malware come from someplace else and the timing made it seem like that did it.
