A little bit of hunting turned up this. Check out their photo samples. Ugghhh I also noticed that her website is gone, and the Internet Archive has no past archives of the site. She must have set up the robot.txt file to exclude it from being listed anymore. |

Ugh. That one in the gym with the hands superimposed on the wall (under the basketball net no doubt) is a real keeper. |

My wife watches these Court shows almost every day. She DVR'ed it and when I got home from work he other day she made me watch it because she knew I would get a kick out of it. It's awesome that it was picked up on. Maybe it can be used in my marketing to make sure the couple know who they are hiring. I know what f stop my lens is. |

Sure. I need a tripod for my camera I use at weddings. I also have the black velvet cloth over the back of the camera that I stick my head under. |

Hahaha, I definitely don't usually bring a tripod to weddings, I count on my trusty steady arm. If I knew lighting was going to be awful I'd probably throw my tripod in the trunk just in case. |

ROFL!
She really ran into a buzz saw... thought the judge wouldn't know a little about photography, did she? Guess she found out different! Boy, it's people like this that give honest, hard-working photogs a bad name. |

wow.......
In addition to not knowing how fast her lens is, she apparently does has never heard of white balance from the looks of her color work, nor does she understand what that little graphy histo-thingy is (from looking at the long shot of the bridal gown). And the hand shot is BAD, but the hand shot on the wall is scary BA-AAA-AAAAAAAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAD
On the other hand, if you want to remember your special day with pasty, ashen skin tones, blown highlights, and cheesy, poorly implemented "effects" then she is clearly your go-to choice. |

this kind of says it all, from the YOuTube comments. JPG medium res, saved over the originals?! Epic FAIL, amateur hour and she is lucky to get away with $2500.

I work at a professional studio in the city where the plaintiff lives. she brought us the photographs to see if there was any way to fix them. after looking at the EXIF data on the JPEGS that she had, we found that the defendant photographed in JPEG, medium resolution, ISO 1600, Srgb colorspace. Upon doing her edits the defendant used a free online editing program and saved over the originals. The color of the 4x6's from WalMart were horrendous with virtually no shadow detail and color casting<<

I would add that, though the photography was substandard, the "judge" came off as an arrogant, pompous, know-it-all tool. He worded all his questions to emphasize his own "superior" knowledge and experience (but none of his work was up for inspection). |

Remember that it was not so much a courtroom as a vehicle for entertainment. How many non-TV judges do you think would allow routine applause in their courtroom? None. |

Yeah, he's not a real judge like Judge Judy! She would never let someone talk back to her like that. |

yup, I know that, which is why "judge" was in " "
real judge or entertainer or whatever--he came across like an arrogant tool. I'm not the target for that kind of show, anyway, though. Wapner was okay, back in the day.... :-) |
