Without reading the whole thread...is there anyway we can see a column showing the last ranking so we can see if we have improved or not?

Not this week because the formula was different than last week. As I stated to GE I had to write a formula that correctly obtained each users percentile based on the challenges they entered and not all challenges.
Now that I have that taken care of, all future updates will be based on the same formula and can be accurately compared to the week prior. Beginning with the next update I should have a column next to the Rank column showing the prior week ranking so everyone can compare the current week to the week before.
