Nice shot, Kosta. Not quite sure about the border, but I really like it otherwise.
I was considering a wideangle myself.. How are you finding the 20mm? |

I can shoot the whole church or large building,32mm is wide enough, don't like the Fisheye distortion on the wider lenses!

Nice! Love the deep dark green. I don't see any distortion with the 20mm you used? You say 20mm in the thread subject but then say 32mm is wide enough? |

Maybe he means the 35mm equivalent of 20mm is 32mm on the Rebel.

Kosta,
That lens certainly seems to be sharp and contrasty. Did you have to punch the saturation up before you posted it? If so, how much of a bump did you give it?
I, too, see no linear distortion in the shot you posted. Is it rectilinear out to the edges of the images that the 1.6 factor can capture?

For some reason 640 $ for 17-40 at F4 seemed too much!
Also F4 maximum A indoor would be a nightmare.
I always use Saturation at +2.
here is another one:

Yep. I definitely like the output of that lens. Wow. I never thought I'd like shooting something fixed at that FOV but you can't argue with those results. Very nice compositions, especially on that last shot. I'd love to hear your workflow in the photo description, too.
