So there is this modeling contest. Basically if you get into the top 100 a panel of judges will pick the top 20 for photos shoots! So far a lot of the top people are well... obviously winning a popularity contest.

Please go vote for me, or actually, vote for some people that have more to offer the modeling world than some snapshots and a million online friends willing to vote for them. If that happens to include me, you know that would be cool too. :P

Wow you've got some great shots on there. I'm soo jealous that you're out in South Korea, I'm doing the EFL thing in Rome at the moment but Seoul was my first choice. Signed up and voted - good luck!

Oh any any opinions on the photos I've posted (good ones, bad ones, which should be my profile, etc.) Please feel free to let me know!

I had this shot on there

But the admin removed it for some reason. Kind of silly cus I see it more as goofy than sexual but whatever. Or maybe it's because you can't see my whole face? I dunno. Haha.

I think it show more of "you" most of the shots.

Yeah, Seoul just seemed like a really different kind of a place, it was the holiday time that swayed me in the end. That I my Korean isn't too great...

I know. It's a little sad the people that won't get seen because of the people that just happen to have a massive amount of friends that will vote for them, or a massive amount of time to spam people's pages and trade votes for votes. Hence why I have 107 comments and only 46 votes. Just people going "I'll vote for you if you vote for me." Sorry, only if I think you deserve it, and you think I deserve it.

I've been on a self-help/advice book binge and have been collecting little samples of words and phrases from them and making odd goals from them. As you can see.

Voted for you. The other poster here is right, there are some awful portfolios there. Yours is great! I love the mixture of "modeling" pictures and personality pictures, good mix. Very fun!

Yea, if you can even call them portfolios. :/ I mean I get that not everyone is gunna have pro shots but still, you can tell from snapshots who could be a good model and who couldn't most of the time... though maybe not from mine. I'm like night and day. lol.

I don't think I have a shot in hell with what seems to be going on around there. Now there are rumors of deals within the people that are in the top slots to only vote for each other so they can all stay on top. Sheesh. I've had my complaints about DPC but at least things don't get like that here.

I think the people trying to get into the top 100 that don't have anything to offer are kind of delusional and ruining the chances of people that have an actual shot at being picked for the top 20.

I wonder what would happen if the top 100 were all... sub par. Would they still follow through? Interesting.

only 133 votes after days of trying to get votes. Le sigh. I don't know how these people do it. Some I suppose have lots of friends, some I suppose are cheating, and others I suppose spend day and night leaving comments and trading votes.

But its actually kinda fun to see how many I can get. I still have another 22 days... though it would be really nice to get more ahead now. Once I'm seen by more people, votes will come on their own a bit but I'm not sure that's gunna happen.

They just have chinese or indian friends. Its just a population and connexxion thingy. :-)

You're going through all this just to get a photo shoot? There are lots of great photographers right here on DPC that would love to shoot you. Heck, I'll do it if you can get here.
