Just got a film scanner and I'm very impressed with it offhand. However, I can't for the life of me recall the name of this castle in the picture that I did my first test scan on. It ought to be within a couple of hours drive of the Mildenhall/Lakenheath area. Does anyone recognize it?

Yup, that's it, thanks, folks. Now I need to locate all my other negatives from Germany and England. I've already found the baby in the bathtub pics and am threatening my kids with them. |

Yep Orford, just down the road from me, it has gorgeous views over the estuarys. This was the first place I ever got stitches. We where all dressed in potatoe sacks recreating the Saxon times, I feel down the hill onto a broken beer bottle. Ended up with 5 stitches in my knee and my teacher saw my butt when they gave me a tetnas shot. I was 11 and mortified to all hell cos I also had a crush on him. So that is my story of Orford Castle |

Glad my photo could bring back such "fond memories" for you. Anything of interest happen to you at Castle Rising? I have some negatives of that hiding out in a box somewhere.
