Woo hoo
Last weekend I took some pics of a canon being fired as part of the D-Day annioversary events. I was so pleased with some of the shots, I started a thread:

Also, I sent a couple of them to the local paper (weekly) and they printed the best one:

unfortunately it is 4cm by 3cm and in black and white. Also they didn't give me credit for it but I don't care!!!!!!!

| YAY ....that's just the beginning CB. Keep taking the pics and sending them in.....people will start to take notice, specially if you can manage to get credited for them. |

Cool shot, congrats at getting it printed :) I didn't get photo credit in my local paper the first time either, but like you, I didn't care :) The paper contacted me again saying if there are any photos I want published just send them in and they'd be happy to use them, and also pay for them if they're good enough :) I haven't got any worthy ones yet, but I'm keeping my eye open for local events where I can get potential shots.
