I'm so excited!! I finally got a wish list on a photo!!
But now I'm confused, how do I see who wish listed it and what do I do about it?

Don't know that I ever had one, so I can't tell you if you can see who made it or not. But it means someone might like to buy a copy of it so you should consider putting a printable version up on DPC prints. |

that's what I was thinking, that someone might want to buy a copy. However, I can't seem to find out who it is, so how can I let them know it's available? Seems kind of silly having a wish list but no way of finding out who wished it... |

Well, whoever liked it will most likely check after the challenge is over to see if you've uploaded a print. |

bingo! you never 'know' who wants it, just as you never know who buys a print of yours (unless they tell you). all you can do is make them available for sale...and hope someone buys one... |

that seems really silly. Why bother having the wish list? If I had checked this on a photo, I would assume that the person got the information and would get back to me. I wonder how many people are irritated that the photographer doesn't care about selling their stuff. |

i imagine the original idea was that all dpc members would be wanting to use dpcprints to sell photos, and having that wishlist option was another bennie to give people props for their shots...and maybe encourage them to add another print to the dpcprints inventory. all the same, if someone really wants to buy a print and the photographer doesn't 'make it available', they'll can go directly to the photographer. |
