Langdon and/or the SC picks an image and gets permission from the owner to let it be used for the Watermark Design Challenge.

Participants in the challenge download the image and design a watermark.

Voters vote on the watermark.

The top 10 finishers are put in a poll for the membership to choose as the default DPC watermark.
