This is a funny one. I spent a couple of hours yesterday shooting fruit and got what i think was a mediocre still life out of it. It was alright but not very interesting really. But i did come across some great shots that were far more 'me' whilst doing so. So i went for one of them expecting a low score. :) I'm very pleased though. My one comment says that he has given me a 1 because he doesn't understand it, but he will re-consider if i explain it to him. No chance! :) Thats a result as far as i'm concerned!! (although i was very drunk when submitting last night and i think i may need to explain the title to myself let alone others) |
ROFL...maybe I should try shooting while drunk too. It might actually improve my scores! ;) |

| I dunno. I'm starting to contemplate self-DQ. Apples are already amongst the lowest scoring images in my profile already and I don't need to add any more fruit to the bottom of my barrel. |

I think the style and the effect I applied to my entry is only being appreciated by a few and misinterpreted by many.
