Well, at the very last minute I was asked to do my nephew Cody's senior photos & graduation slide show photos, the photographer they had lined up, backed out, then he had changed his mind about getting them at all...and then changed back to wanting them.. So I accepted.
My sister (Cody's mom) was gonna attempt to use a snap shot if she had to, and she said anything would be fine. So I went over and set up, took about 82 shots..and came out with a few good ones..(for how quick it all was)..I was paid $75.00 after offering to shoot for free, I would have just charged for the printing.
I was pleased with the ones I had taken, I had some samples printed,(5x7s) and when I went to pick them up, the lady at the counter started going on about copy write..thinking I ripped someone off......I said to the woman, "those are my photos, I took them.. and DAMN..Do they look that professional? (lol)
well I explained to her on how I had to do the shoot, this was my first time doing a senior photo..and I ended up walking out with the photos. IMO, they're not as professional as I would like them...But I loved hearing her say it..(got a little teary eyed..LOL!!) :D I'm framing the receipt that is handwritten.."Looks Pro copywrite??"
