I have to say... at least half the boarders in the "Threes" challenge have actually taken away from the quality of a perfectly good photograph.

Borders.
Sorry, had too.
Uh, I've voted on about 1/3 of them, and haven't found any distracting yet. |

Even if they detract from the photo, I will still keep an open mind and rate whats inside the border! |

I was initially torn about my border, but in the end it just looked better with. My wife agreed, so that's that. :P
Like David, after 25%, I can only even recall noticing one or two borders, and none that were "out of hand", or that took away from the quality. |

I definatly try to keep an open mind about the quality of the photo... yet you have to admit sometimes they are hard to ignore.
