Hi everyone,

I've got a very decent EOS 100 35mm Canon with a canon 80-200mm 4.5-5.6. That I pieced together for my B&W photography class.

Only condition issue is the "mode dial" on the body has been forced, such that the locking mechanism no longer functions, the mode dial still works fine and is stiff enough not to randomly shift.

I would like to pass along a good, fair deal to another student for B&W photography.

So, what should I ask for the plastic fantastic lens with the nicely functional, if dated, body?

Thanks!

It's not worth much. I have an EOS Elan, which is the same model as it was sold in the US. I bought it for $20 from a Craigslist ad, including a Quantaray 28-90 lens. The seller had originally offered it for $30, and I was the only one who inquired about it. When it didn't sell, he e-mailed me a week later with the lower offer.

Well I'm thinking I gave 25 for this one with a crappy lens that was trash- added in a $100 lens, and expect to sell at about $60 for the package - Sound about right to you?

I wouldn't expect to get more then $30-$40 based on the description that you gave us, and the fact that it is film.

Excellent, that's what I'll ask then.
