ok, is not a news, but there are Urban and Rural, Industrial there is not, maybe could be interesting...
this was a cement factory for example... |

| This would work well in Romania. It's filled with decrepit Communist industry that was either closed toward the end of the era or is being closed now. The local airplane factory laid off half its members in October (or was it November?), and the chemical plant closed yesterday... |

I could go for that, but it's something that can easily work for so many other themes.....
This is an existing pipe factory.....
I was really surprised & delighted to see Rural & Urban Decay pop up so soon after the suggestion was made!
Just goes to show how the folks at DP Challenge *DO* listen & respond to our ideas.

With the proper shoehorn & style, you can fit industrial decay into many things....
That shot above certainly wasn't about industrial decay, but the fact that the building was built in the 1800s, and had beautiful windows, slotted it right into that Window View challenge.
BTW, that wall and its windows are gone.......8>(
At least I got shots of 'em!

| Excellent idea. I had a number of subjects in mind that did not seem to fit into either of the others. Not sure if we will see it so soon on the heels of the other decay challenges, however. |
