I find these photographs of a Lithuanian village by Rimaldas Viksraitis absolutely stunning. They are pretty hard hitting and provocative but also possess a huge amount of beauty and humanity.

Indeed. I'm trying to track down more information about Viksraltis. They really are wonderful. On a kind of related note, i've just got a copy of Wisconsin Death Trip through the post. Looks like a fascinating book.
